Lisa has over 25 years of experience working with all ages improving their daily wellness/health and fitness. She has worked with individuals and small groups. Lisa has worked with a variety of clientele from those with limited physical functioning to the sport/exercise enthusiast seeking a greater level of fitness and sports performance.
She has assisted clients in overhauling their unhealthy diets to being able to make better nutritional food choices. Lisa holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in the field of allied health.
